Social Responsibility Policy
This policy reflects our organization’s commitment to acting responsibly in accordance with the SA8000:2014 Social Accountability Standard, international human rights principles, International Labour Organization (ILO) conventions, and national legislation.
The organization recognizes that social responsibility is an integral part of sustainable business — ensuring employee well-being, partner trust, and public support.

- Ensure that all employees work in a safe and respectful environment.
- Implement the requirements of SA8000:2014 across all areas of operation.
- Promote transparency, integrity, and human rights protection within the organization and throughout the supply chain.
- Continuously improve working conditions, taking into account the expectations of employees and other stakeholders.
- Main Commitments under SA8000:2014
2.1 Child Labour
- Child labour is strictly prohibited.
- If a child is found to be employed, the organization will take immediate action to provide access to education and support for the family.
2.2 Forced or Compulsory Labour
- No form of forced, compulsory, or debt-bonded labour is used.
- Employees are free to terminate their employment in accordance with applicable laws.
2.3 Health and Safety
- A safe and healthy working environment is established and maintained.
- The organization conducts regular risk assessments, training, and accident prevention activities.
- Employees are provided with protective equipment and may report hazards without fear of retaliation.
2.4 Freedom of Association and Collective Bargaining
- The right of employees to join trade unions or other associations is respected.
- The organization does not interfere with such activities and supports collective bargaining.
2.5 Non-Discrimination
- All forms of discrimination based on gender, age, race, nationality, religion, disability, political opinion, sexual orientation, or any other characteristic are strictly prohibited.
- Equal opportunities are ensured in recruitment, remuneration, promotion, and termination of employment.
2.6 Disciplinary Practices
- Physical punishment, psychological or sexual harassment, verbal abuse, and unlawful disciplinary measures are strictly prohibited.
2.7 Working Hours
- The organization complies with national regulations regarding working hours.
- Overtime is allowed only in exceptional cases, on a voluntary basis, and is fairly compensated.
2.8 Remuneration
- Employees are paid a fair wage, never below the legal minimum.
- Wages must be sufficient to meet basic living needs.
- Payment is made regularly, transparently, and without unjustified deductions.
- Policy Review
This policy shall be reviewed and updated annually.
